Configuring PostgreSQL connector in Dashboard

Create PostgreSQL Database Credentials

• In order to scan the database, the connection name, hostname, port, database name, username and password are required:

• Additionally, if some specific JDBC connection properties should be provided they could be specified in the Optional Settings Section.

• Click the "Save&Create Scan" button to save the credentials and proceed to creating the Scan configuration. Once the button is clicked, the system will try to establish the connection and will report an error in case of failure:

In case of successful connection, you will see the Scan configuration.

• Click the "Save&Close" button to save the configuration for future scans or "Start database scan" in order to start scanning the database immediately
